“Products” – refers to goods offered for sale, including but not limited to Food-Grade Amla Powder and other sourced products.

2. Scope of Business

Regal Impex operates as a merchant exporter, supplying quality-verified products to domestic and international buyers. While we specialize in Food-Grade Amla Powder, we also source other products upon request, subject to availability and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are provided in INR or USD (as applicable) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders will be confirmed only after written acknowledgment from our side and receipt of the agreed advance payment or Letter of Credit (where applicable).

Export orders will follow Incoterms® 2020 (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) as mutually agreed.

4. Quality & Compliance

All products undergo necessary quality checks as per agreed specifications and relevant international standards.

Certifications (such as APEDA, FSSAI, ISO, SGS, NABL) will be provided where applicable.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the product meets import regulations in their country.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, shipping conditions, or unforeseen events.

Risk and ownership transfer as per agreed Incoterms®.

Any damage or loss during transit must be reported immediately to the carrier and us in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Letter of Credit (LC), or other agreed modes.

Payments must be made in full as per invoice before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All website content, product descriptions, images, branding, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Regal Impex and/or its founder.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws in India and internationally.

8. Limitation of Liability

Regal Impex shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product sold under the specific invoice.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Maharashtra courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
