- Performance Guarantee: The bank releases payment only when we submit shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.) proving the goods are on the vessel.
- No Risk of Non-Shipment: If we don’t ship, we don’t get paid. It’s that simple.
Transparent Banking Channels For smaller orders or sample shipments where L/C might be too expensive due to bank fees, we use direct Telegraphic Transfers (T/T).
- Corporate Integrity: Regal Impex operates strictly through registered corporate bank accounts. We never ask for payments to personal accounts or untraceable money transfer services.
- Proforma Invoices: Every transaction begins with a detailed Proforma Invoice (PI), acting as a binding contract that details product specs, delivery dates, and payment milestones.
